The data is clear: the need for post-care for those released from prison is HUGE!  A report by the Bureau of Justice Statistics indicates that in yearend 2022, an estimated 5,407,300 persons were under the supervision of adult correctional systems in the United States, With more than two-thirds of persons under correctional supervision in the community on probation or parole.

Freedom From Within respects the post-care re-entry needs, but our mission is rooted in the core belief that Sustainable Transformation happens from the Inside Out. (Matthew 23:26) Every prisoner who joins us in one of our many programs is seen as a one-of-a-kind masterpiece just waiting to be set free to live the life God intended for them. Our graduates remind us the strategy we use is working. Every month, we gather data on all our graduates, and since 2018, over 98% have remained out of prison. But life is more than just staying out of prison; It's about family, career, and living a life filled with the good things God planned for us long ago (Ephesians 2:10).
